... Monday monday, just arrived back in Singapore, and still very much in the holiday mood. If truth be told, after lots of shopping, amazing food, late night partying and awesome company, still feeling a little caught up in daydreams, and so things may be moving a little more slowly tomorrow... but for tonight, I had an amazing omakase dinner at Tatsuya

Aburi Sushi is a specialty of the house, the chefs prepare them just right – perfectly searing them with a blowtorch.

Tatsuya certainly lives up to its reputation as one of the top Japanese restaurants in Singapore and a must visit for anyone who loves Japanese food. The dishes served won in terms of creativity as well as freshness of ingredients. They are rich in textures, flavours and visual appeal. Every bite is exquisite, every mouthful is memorable.
