Ingredients
Fennel and Garlic Prawn
2 tablespoon olive oil
4 pcs prawns
2 cm fennel, sliced thinly
1/4 shallot, sliced thinly
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 red chilli, sliced at an angle
2 tablespoon of white cooking wine
a pinch of freshly cracked blackpeppercorn
a pinch of sea salt
Grilled Asparagus
3 stalks of asparagus, halved
a pinch of freshly cracked blackpeppercorn
a pinch of sea salt
Method
Fennel and Garlic Prawn
1. Heat oil
in a medium saucepan over a medium heat. Add garlic, fennel, red onion, and chilli. Stir fry until onion is translucent. Add white cooking wine.
2. Add prawns until turned pink. Seasoned with pepper and salt.
Grilled Asparagus
3. Heat a saucepan over a high heat. Add asparagus till slightly browned.
4. Seasoned with pepper and salt.
Serve with a lime cheek (optional)
